IMPORTANT: This agreement is drafted in English. In case of any conflict between the translation and the English text, the English text prevails. By using XOLO Memorial services, you accept this language condition.
XOLO is a digital memorial platform. “Lifetime Access” refers to the operational life of the service. If the service shuts down, we will provide 30 days’ notice on our website so you can download your data.
Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy. Any amount paid above the base price is part of the service fee and is not a donation. XOLO reserves the right to use its revenues for corporate social responsibility projects.
Because the product is digital, all sales are final. If a refund is required by law, all non-recoverable costs such as processing fees, taxes, and administrative expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.
In cases of illegal content or hate speech, access will be blocked without refund, your IP address will be reported to authorities, and you will be liable for damages to XOLO’s commercial reputation and all legal costs.
To the extent permitted by law, XOLO is not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the service.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
